Soup drop off or pick up for students is available Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, but drop off and pick up timing is subject to staff availability. To order soup for yourself (or to order soup for your student) please call us at the Iowa Hillel building (319-338-0778) Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Iowa Hillel is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that supports building vibrant Jewish life on the University of Iowa’s campus. All of our operations (including this hotline) are only made possible because of donations from students’ families, alumni, and the community. Please consider making a donation to help support our program. We’re happy to offer homemade, kosher chicken soup to help the students we serve have kosher soup (which otherwise could not be found in the area) and help our students feel at home when they’re not feeling well!
